Fullstack Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and build web UIs for workflow visualization, HITL approvals, and live dashboards.
• Develop governance, administration, and configuration interfaces.
• Implement multi-tenant, role-based, and access-controlled front-end experiences.
• Build responsive, accessible, and performant interfaces integrated with backend APIs.
• Collaborate with backend and platform teams on API contracts and data flows.
• Ensure UI observability, usability, and quality.
• Mandatory Tech Stack
• Frontend: React, TypeScript, modern CSS / component libraries
• Backend-for-Frontend: Python API services
• APIs: REST / GraphQL, WebSocket / SSE for real-time data
• Auth & Multi-tenancy: RBAC, OAuth / OIDC, tenant isolation
• Quality: Responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization
• Stakeholder Collaboration-Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand requirements, support development activities, check system compatibility, and ensure solutions meet expected standards.
