Full-Time Valet Parking & Venue Assistant

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Valet Services:** Greet guests warmly, safely park and retrieve customer vehicles, and manage the parking area efficiently.
• **Customer Service:** Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful attitude, assisting guests with doors or guiding them into the venue.
• **Errands & Operational Support:** Run daily business errands (e.g., picking up supplies, distributing items, or handling basic external tasks).
• **Venue Assistance:** Help the team with light operational tasks during peak hours or events when parking is quiet.
• **Safety & Security:** Ensure all vehicles are handled with extreme care and that the parking layout remains safe and clear.

& Qualifications

• **Driving License:** Must possess a valid, clean UAE Manual/Automatic Driving License (essential).
• **Experience:** Proven experience as a valet driver, professional driver, or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role in Dubai.
• **Communication:** Good command of English to interact clearly with customers and team members.
• **Flexibility:** Willingness to assist with various errands and tasks outside of driving duties.
• **Availability:** Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and during special events.
• **Skills:** Strong time-management skills, a high sense of responsibility, and excellent driving skills.
