  • Dishwashing and Cleaning : Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils to meet health and safety standards. Properly store and organize clean dishes, glassware, and silverware in their designated areas. Clean and sanitize the dishwashing area regularly, ensuring it remains tidy and functional. Clean and maintain cooking equipment, including pots and pans, ensuring all items are thoroughly cleaned after each use.

  • Cleaning of Kitchen and Service Areas : Clean floors, walls, and surfaces in the kitchen, dishwashing area, and back of house. Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and walk-in refrigerators or freezers. Assist in deep cleaning tasks as scheduled or as directed by management.

During PM shifts (2 PM - 10 PM), maintain dishwashing duties during service hours and ensure the kitchen is cleaned and prepped for closing.

  • Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment.
  • Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role is preferred, but not required.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and reach in confined spaces.
  • Ability to work in a hot, humid environment.
