Full-Time Sales Lead (Metropolis at Metrotown)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in customer service and sales generation; coach the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Support team product knowledge to improve customer experience and decision-making.
• Assist store management with daily operational tasks and accurate transactions.
• Maintain inventory controls, accurate stock handling and reporting, and loss prevention.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain the store's brand presentation.
• Model workplace safety and ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

Candidate profile

• At least 3 years of retail sales experience; fashion and/or accessories experience is preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills, working knowledge of MS Office, and POS systems experience.
• Full-time availability of at least 35 hours weekly, including opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills; able to communicate clearly.
• Self-starter able to work independently and on a team; energetic, results-oriented, and passionate about sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Role involves substantial walking and standing and handling boxes and fixtures, including loads over 35 lbs with appropriate support.

Pay and benefits

• Starting base pay is $20.25 per hour, plus a monthly performance bonus.

Employment and schedule

• Full-time role averaging 35 hours per week; may require more than 35 hours and work on certain holidays and blackout dates.
