Backyard Real Estate is looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our growing team.
If you have a passion for sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the Qatar real estate market, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build a strong client portfolio.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
- Negotiate offers and close transactions successfully.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
- Prepare and manage contracts and other real estate documentation.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and leasing targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in the Qatar real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar property market.
- Goal-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Trustworthy, professional, and maintains high ethical standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred).
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Must possess a **valid Qatar driver's license**.
- Must own a **reliable vehicle** for property viewings and client meetings.
- Valid QID with transferable visa (preferred).
