Full Stack Technical Lead

About This Role

We are hiring a Full Stack Technical Lead to own and drive the end-to-end technology stack. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will define architecture, lead delivery, and mentor engineers while building scalable, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Ownership: Lead end-to-end platform architecture and system design.
• Full Stack Delivery: Oversee development of backend services, APIs, and core product modules.
• Architecture & Scalability: Design systems for high throughput, real-time processing, and reliability.
• Multi-Tenant Systems: Build and manage scalable SaaS deployments and configurations.
• Security & Performance: Ensure strong API security, authentication, and system performance.
• Cloud & DevOps: Manage AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
• Real-Time Infrastructure: Implement WebSockets, event-driven systems, and data pipelines.
• Team Leadership: Mentor engineers, enforce best practices, and drive technical excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership experience
• Strong expertise in Node.js/TypeScript, databases, and system design
• Experience building high-scale, real-time, transaction-heavy systems
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and cloud infrastructure
• Strong understanding of security, API authentication, and system reliability
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and make architectural decisions
