Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to work on a contract basis.

In this role, you will apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by contributing to the development of robust web applications that shape how models learn, reason, and perform.

Your work will directly impact how AI systems are trained and evaluated across domains like finance, healthcare, and engineering.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your full-stack development skills in a cutting-edge AI-driven platform where real-world expertise bridges the gap between human intelligence and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable, maintainable, and secure web applications using React and Node.js.
  • Define and implement system architectures that meet performance, reliability, and security requirements for high-volume AI training environments.
  • Mentor and support fellow engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and best practice enforcement.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences aligned with AI training workflows.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges to continuously improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in React and JavaScript for developing dynamic, responsive user interfaces in production-grade web applications.
  • Strong expertise in Node.js and either Python or Node.js backend development for building scalable server-side systems.
  • Experience with end-to-end system architecture design, including API development, database integration, and cloud deployment.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and security.
  • Proven track record of mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and enforcing coding standards and testing protocols.
