Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Software Developer to work on a contract basis.

In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable back-end and full-stack applications, contributing directly to the development of frontier AI systems.

Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input, with no prior AI experience required—your domain expertise is what matters.

This position is ideal for developers passionate about building robust software solutions that drive innovation in AI training and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable back-end and full-stack applications using Python, Rust, Go, Java, or Node.js
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with evolving business requirements
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to software engineering best practices
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases to enhance performance and reliability
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning to foster continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in at least one of Python, Rust, Go, Java, or Node.js, with experience in full-stack development
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including clean code, testing, and version control
  • Experience designing and optimizing scalable back-end systems and APIs
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, distributed team environment
  • Prior experience in software development or a related technical field is required
