Position Summary

Objectives and Responsibilities

• Write, maintain, and enhance scalable, maintainable product code across the codebase.
• Participate in technical design reviews and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Work cross-functionally in agile sprints with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Follow coding standards and participate in peer code reviews.
• Triage, debug, and troubleshoot complex system issues under senior engineering guidance.
• Improve performance, refactor legacy code, and keep technical documentation current.

Ideal Profile

• Strong foundational proficiency in Kotlin and SQL is required.
• Experience building robust applications through professional, academic, or personal projects is expected.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and exposure to Apache Kafka or Pub/Sub systems is required.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is required.
• Understanding of IoT systems, large-scale datasets, real-time data caching, and data pipelines is expected.
• Exposure to agentic code generation tools is advantageous.
• Exposure to hardware integration or embedded systems is advantageous.
• Strong learning ability, problem-solving skills, and collaborative working style are expected.
