Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Spring Boot backend and React frontend features.
- Uphold code quality, performance, and maintainability standards.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to improved technical solutions.
- Review peer code, identify issues, and share solutions.
- Coordinate with distributed teams, product owners, architects, and stakeholders.
- Help define and evolve integration and test strategy, focusing on performance, robustness, scalability, and endurance.
Mandatory skills
- Strong proficiency in Java or JavaScript programming.
- Good experience with modern microservices architecture and REST APIs.
- Strong proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React and backend frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Good experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and unit testing using JUnit.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle, version control systems such as Git, and Agile processes.
- Autonomy, technical excellence, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Desired skills
- Experience developing modern web applications using React and Spring Boot.
- Experience with test-driven development.
- Understanding of object-oriented concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience preparing technical documentation.
- Experience setting up GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
