Job Title: Full-Stack Product Engineer + AI & Performance Marketing Specialist
The Role
At Yalla Productions, we’re not just building websites—we’re building growth engines.
We’re looking for someone rare: a Full-Stack Product Engineer who understands not only how to build scalable digital products, but also how to grow them using AI, performance marketing, and creative execution.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, automation, marketing, and content.
You’ll work across product development, AI systems, paid campaigns, and even creative assets when needed.
Build & Scale Products
- Develop and maintain fast, scalable full-stack applications
- Ensure performance, reliability, and smooth user experiences
Create Growth Systems
- Build landing pages, funnels, and lead-generation systems
- Optimize conversion rates through testing and iteration
AI & Automation
- Integrate AI tools (OpenAI APIs, chatbots, automation workflows)
- Automate marketing and content processes
Performance Marketing
- Launch and optimize paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Track CPC, CPA, ROAS and improve campaign performance
Creative & Content Support
- Create or adapt basic marketing creatives for ads and funnels
- Work with design/video teams or independently produce quick assets when needed
Data & Tracking
- Set up tracking systems (Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, server-side tracking)
- Maintain clean and reliable data pipelines
• Databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
- Basic UI/UX understanding (Figma or similar tools)
Marketing & AI
- Experience running paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Strong understanding of funnels, CRO, and lead generation
- Experience with AI tools and automation (OpenAI, Zapier, HubSpot)
- Basic SEO and performance optimization knowledge
Creative Tools
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Experience with Canva for quick marketing assets
- Ability to create or edit simple ad creatives, videos, or social content
