  • We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineering Manager to lead a team of full stack developers and oversee the development of modern web applications.
  • The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to drive engineering excellence, mentor team members, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Full Stack Engineers and software developers
  • Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of web applications
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of frontend and backend systems
  • Drive best practices in software architecture, coding standards, and development processes
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering team members
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and development priorities
  • Support CI/CD implementation and promote DevOps and Agile methodologies
  • Monitor application performance and address technical challenges proactively
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development, software engineering, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
  • Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, or PHP
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures
  • Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
