A business-minded growth operator who combines media buying, creative strategy, analytics, AI-assisted execution, and technical adaptability to independently identify and solve growth bottlenecks.
Purpose of Role;
This role leads the entire digital growth engine — from ideation to reporting — without depending on multiple departments at every step.

- *Completes tasks using their own tools — if dev is busy they build the page, if design is late they write the brief, if tracking breaks they fix it.*

- *Uses ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor & GitHub Copilot seriously to accelerate execution, research, debugging, and ideation — not just occasional*

Qualifications
- ***3+ years proven Performance Marketing experience with measurable results***
- ***Mastery of at least one ad platform at senior level (Meta / Google / TikTok)***
- ***Deep understanding of performance metrics — able to analyze and explain them confidently***
- ***Hands-on experience setting up GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking***
- ***Serious daily use of AI tools as part of the workflow***
- ***Background in fast-paced startup or growth agency environments***
- ***Experience with workflow automation (Zapier, Make, or GoHighLevel)***
- ***Ability to build and edit landing pages with (Vibe Coding)***
- ***Personal projects or documented growth experiments (case studies)***
What you'll do
- Manage Meta Ads / Google Ads / TikTok Ads at senior level
- Analyze conversion funnels and diagnose bottlenecks independently
- Write detailed creative briefs for designers & UGC creators
- Set up full tracking: GA4 + GTM + Pixel + Conversion API
- Build & edit landing pages (Vibe Coding)
- Automate lead routing: Zapier / Make / GoHighLevel
- Use ChatGPT / Claude / Cursor daily — seriously
