Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Software Engineer (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go) to work on a contractor basis.

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

No prior experience in AI is required – your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough code reviews and pull request (PR) evaluations, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality standards for Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Go codebases.
  • Identify, debug, and resolve complex software issues across Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Go codebases, leveraging your expertise to optimize performance and security.
  • Implement, review, and refine CI/CD pipelines to streamline delivery and automate testing, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment of AI models.
  • Champion code quality and security best practices, contributing to the development of frontier AI models through high-quality, real-world input.
  • Collaborate with a global network of experts to identify and address software issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Go programming languages, with experience in software development and issue resolution.
  • Strong understanding of code quality standards, security best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., GitHub), and agile project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong debugging and issue identification skills, with the ability to analyze complex software issues and develop effective solutions.
