📍 Abu Dhabi (On-site)
Looking for a highly capable Full Stack Engineer to join our growing technology team and support the development of advanced digital insurance solutions.
Requirements:
• Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js & MongoDB (MERN Stack)
• Experience building scalable ERP, CRM & customer-facing platforms
• Strong hands-on experience in APIs, integrations & automation workflows
• AI-savvy with exposure to AI tools, agents, prompts & AI integrations
• Insurance industry experience is mandatory
• Strong project management and ownership mindset
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end independently
• Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills
