About The Role
The client is a leading global IT services and consulting company headquartered in Mumbai, with over 5,000 professionals delivering solutions across cloud, data, and digital transformation.
They are seeking a talented and dynamic Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React.js) with 4 to 7
years of experience to join their growing team in Dubai.
In this role, you will design, develop,
and maintain robust, scalable, and secure financial applications.
The ideal candidate will
combine strong technical expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks with excellent
communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience in the BFSI domain and familiarity with Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies will
be highly advantageous.
1. Technical Development & Architecture
- Design and build highly scalable, secure, and reliable full-stack applications using
- React.js for the frontend and Node.js for the backend.
- Develop and maintain robust, secure, and well-documented RESTful APIs and
- microservices.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency, high responsiveness, and
- seamless user experiences.
- Integrate third-party financial APIs, payment gateways, and core banking systems
- securely.
2. Collaboration & Presentation
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code
- reviews).
- Translate complex business requirements from BFSI stakeholders into clean,
- technical specifications.
- Present technical solutions, architectural blueprints, and product demos clearly to
- both technical and non-technical audiences.
3. Innovation & Best Practices
- Explore and integrate Generative AI (Gen AI) capabilities and LLMs to enhance
- application features, automate workflows, or improve user interactions where
- applicable.
- Implement rigorous security practices (OWASP top 10) to safeguard sensitive
- financial data.
- Ensure high code quality through test-driven development (TDD), writing automated
- unit and integration tests.
Requirements & Qualifications
Frontend: Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux/Context API, HTML5, CSS3, and modern
frontend build tools.
Backend: Extensive hands-on experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or
NestJS.
Databases: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
databases.
Preferred (Gen AI): Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases (Pinecone,
Chroma), or building AI-assisted features is a major plus.
DevOps & Tools: Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS,
Azure, or GCP).
Experience & Domain Knowledge
4 to 7 years of professional software development experience.
Preferred (BFSI): Direct experience working on fintech, banking, insurance, or wealth
management applications, with a solid understanding of financial compliance and data
security
