What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end frontend and backend features for Teams, B2B, and D2C initiatives.
• Develop scalable, modular web applications and integrate business-facing service APIs.
• Work with Product and Business teams to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
• Maintain performance, reliability, and maintainability of production web applications.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and cross-team coordination.

Skills, qualifications, and experience

• At least three years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as React.
• Backend development experience with Go, Java, or a similar language, including RESTful API integration.
• Experience building scalable, modular web applications in production.
• Understanding of performance optimization, reliability, and maintainable code practices.
• Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, ownership, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Workplace

• Hybrid work model with a minimum of three in-office days per week.

Compensation and benefits

• Base compensation is stated as $125,000–$215,000, plus performance bonus and equity.
