Experience and technical qualifications
- At least 8 years of IT experience as a software engineer and/or solution architect.
- Advanced knowledge of .NET, C#, WPF, and Python.
- Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript and frameworks such as React, plus proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with unstructured data such as MongoDB.
- Technical background in real-time and multithreaded systems, high availability, large datasets, and algorithms.
- Understanding of distributed design principles, including computer and network architecture.
- Experience integrating with cloud infrastructure platforms; Microsoft Azure is preferred.
- Solid solution architecture experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies and the DevOps CI/CD cycle.
- Knowledge of design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
