The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across front-end and back-end technologies and capable of delivering high-quality, performance-driven applications.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Build responsive and intuitive UI/UX interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Utilize Next.js for server-side rendering and performance optimization.
- Work with and maintain applications built using Laravel (PHP).
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Write clean, modular, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and backend developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Skills And Qualifications
- Atleast 5–8 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
- Working knowledge of Laravel (PHP framework) and MVC architecture.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and PHP fundamentals.
- Experience with Next.js and API integrations.
- Understanding of RESTful services and JSON-based APIs.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Basic understanding of performance optimization techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good to have skills:
- Experience with TypeScript and Redux / Context API.
- Familiarity with GraphQL or WebSockets.
- Exposure to AWS, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in writing unit tests (Jest, React Testing Library).
- Experience working in hybrid tech environments (Node.js + PHP).
