Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack web applications using Laravel and the MERN stack.
• Build scalable, secure APIs and backend systems.
• Design and manage SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to ship features.
• Implement front-end interfaces using React; Vue.js or Next.js experience is an advantage.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance.
• Maintain code quality through version control, clean architecture, and testing.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong expertise in PHP Laravel and practical experience with the MERN stack.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Firebase).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, and web security best practices.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud hosting environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Vue.js or Next.js is a plus.
