VST Inc. is seeking a talented **Full Stack Developer** to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **Python, Django, MongoDB, and Vue.js**, with a proven ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- **Application Development:**
- Build and maintain robust web applications using Python, Django, MongoDB, and Vue.js.
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure backend services.
- Develop responsive front-end interfaces with Vue.js.
- **Database Management:**
- Design and optimize MongoDB schemas.
- Ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and integration with backend systems.
- **System Architecture & Integration:**
- Contribute to system architecture and design decisions.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.
- **Testing & Deployment:**
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
- Collaborate with DevOps for smooth deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
- **Collaboration & Communication:**
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- **Experience:** 4+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Front-end expertise with Vue.js (or similar frameworks).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Nice to Have
- Familiarity with other front-end frameworks (React).
- Certified Python/Django Developer.
