Blue Hat HR is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a client team in Dubai.
The role designs, develops, and maintains scalable web applications across front end, back end, and databases.

Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Build responsive front-end interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Develop back-end services and RESTful or Graph APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications; implement security and data-protection measures.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Fluency in written and spoken Russian and English is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript; hands-on experience with at least one of React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Back-end development experience with Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot, or .NET.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in database design and management using SQL and/or NoSQL.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control with Git, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- International-environment experience is preferred.
Preferred qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code is preferred.
- Open-source contributions or a strong technical portfolio are preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Monthly pay is listed as AED 7,000–9,000; the structured salary field lists AED 7,000 per month.
