About the role
Build custom CRM solutions for clients across frontend and backend.
Work on dashboards, lead and customer management, workflow automation, reporting, and third-party integrations.
Work under senior developers and gradually take ownership of complete modules.
Key responsibilities
- Develop CRM modules for leads, contacts, deals/pipeline, tasks, follow-ups, activity logs, and user roles.
- Build responsive dashboards, forms, data tables, filters, and reports using Next.js and React.js.
- Create and maintain REST APIs with Node.js and Express.js; design database schemas and optimize MongoDB and SQL queries.
- Implement authentication, role-based access control, and permission management.
- Integrate email, SMS, WhatsApp, payment, telephony, Google/Meta lead-source APIs, and webhooks.
- Convert client requirements and UI/UX designs into features; build CSV/Excel import/export and basic notifications and reminders.
- Debug, test, and fix issues; support deployment and post-release changes.
- Follow coding standards, use Git, join code reviews and daily stand-ups, and prepare technical notes or API documentation.
Required skills
- About one year of professional Full Stack Developer experience; internship experience may be considered.
- Strong JavaScript (ES6+); TypeScript is preferred.
- Hands-on React.js and Next.js experience, including routing, SSR/SSG, API routes, and state management.
- Good knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and REST API design.
- Working experience with MongoDB, including Mongoose and aggregation, and SQL, including joins, indexing, and transactions.
- Understanding of authentication (JWT or sessions), role-based access, and API security.
- Comfort with HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and testing APIs with Postman; ability to break client requirements into tasks.
Additional qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Good problem-solving and logical thinking, clear team and client communication, task ownership, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn quickly and accept feedback.
Good to have and technology stack
- CRM, ERP, admin panel, or SaaS dashboard experience is advantageous.
- Redux, Zustand or React Query; Prisma or Sequelize; basic Docker, AWS or Vercel deployment; third-party APIs, webhooks, cron jobs, queues, unit testing, Agile/Scrum, and Jira are good to have.
- Stack includes Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, MongoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Git/GitHub, Postman, Jira, and Vercel/AWS.
