Full Stack Developer

Role overview

Core activities

• Build and maintain responsive, accessible web interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Design and implement scalable backend services, REST/GraphQL APIs, and data models.
• Take features through specification, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability; integrate third-party services and internal systems.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and improvements to CI/CD and developer tooling.
• Troubleshoot production issues, improve incident response, and mentor junior developers.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years of professional full stack development experience.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency and experience with a frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or similar; relational database knowledge including PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience designing and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs; familiarity with Git workflows, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Good understanding of web security, performance, and accessibility; clear communication and a collaborative approach.

Nice to have and technology stack

• Desirable: cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Desirable: microservices, event-driven architecture, serverless, observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Sentry), open-source contributions, or technical writing.
• Example stack lists React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Docker, and GitHub Actions.
