Responsibilities
- Develop CRM leads, contacts, deals/pipeline, tasks, follow-ups, activity logs, and user-role modules.
- Build responsive dashboards, forms, tables, filters, and reports; create and maintain REST APIs.
- Design database schemas and optimize MongoDB and SQL queries; implement authentication, access control, and permissions.
- Integrate messaging, payment, telephony, lead-source services, and webhooks; convert client requirements and UI/UX designs into features.
- Build import/export and workflow automation; debug, test, and fix issues; support deployments and post-release changes.
- Follow coding standards, use Git, join code reviews and daily stand-ups, and document modules and APIs.
Required qualifications
- About 1 year of professional Full Stack Developer experience; internship experience may be considered.
- Strong JavaScript; hands-on React.js and Next.js; good Node.js, Express.js, and REST API design knowledge.
- Working knowledge of MongoDB and SQL, including the stated database query and modeling concepts.
- Understanding of authentication, JWT or sessions, role-based access, permissions, and API security.
- Comfort with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap, Git/GitHub, and Postman.
- Ability to interpret client requirements and break them into tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred and good-to-have skills
- TypeScript is preferred.
- CRM, ERP, admin-panel, or SaaS dashboard experience is good to have.
- Redux, Zustand, React Query, Prisma, Sequelize, Docker, AWS, Vercel, third-party APIs, webhooks, cron jobs, queues, unit testing, Agile/Scrum, and Jira are listed as good to have.
- Problem-solving, logical thinking, communication, task ownership, meeting deadlines, learning quickly, and accepting feedback are desired.

Frontend: Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
Backend: Node.js, Express.js, and REST APIs; databases: MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
