Full stack developer

We are hiring a Full-Stack Web/App Developer to help build and improve a serious digital platform from the ground up. This role is for someone who can handle both frontend and backend work, think clearly about structure, and turn ideas into a working, reliable product. The developer will work closely with our team to build modern web applications, dashboards, admin panels, user systems, APIs, databases, and core platform features. The goal is to create a clean, secure, scalable, and professional product that can grow over time, not just a simple website. This opportunity is ideal for a developer who is independent, practical, and capable of solving problems without needing constant supervision. We are looking for someone who can understand the product vision, suggest better technical solutions, write clean code, and deliver real progress. Responsibilities include building responsive frontend interfaces, developing backend systems, setting up databases, integrating APIs, handling authentication, improving performance, testing features, fixing bugs, and preparing the platform for deployment. The ideal candidate has experience with technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Firebase, Prisma, Tailwind CSS, REST APIs, and modern deployment platforms such as Vercel or similar services. We are looking for someone who has built real projects before, not someone who only knows theory. Candidates should be able to share previous work, GitHub repositories, live demos, or examples of full-stack applications they have developed. This role is unique because the developer will have a direct impact on the product from the early stage. The right person will not just be completing tasks, but helping shape the technical foundation of the platform.
