Full-Stack Creative Designer

Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain YOME’s visual identity across digital channels.
• Design high-quality social media posts, stories, reels covers, carousels, and launch campaign assets.
• Create premium AI-generated product and lifestyle images that match the brand direction.
• Design UX/UI sections for Shopify, landing pages, product pages, offer pages, and campaign pages.
• Build creative assets for Meta ads, Google display, retargeting, email, WhatsApp, and influencer campaigns.
• Create visual systems and templates for fast content production.
• Support product storytelling around portability, daily use, gifting, scent moods, accessories, and lifestyle moments.
• Work with the growth team, media buyer, UGC creator, and Shopify/CRO specialist to produce conversion-focused creatives.
• Edit and adapt visuals for different formats: 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, website banners, email headers, and ad placements.
• Required skills:
• Strong brand design and art direction taste.
• Strong UX/UI design skills, especially mobile-first ecommerce.
• Experience designing for Shopify or ecommerce brands.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Strong AI image generation skills using tools such as Midjourney, Leonardo, Firefly, Krea, Runway, or similar tools.
• Ability to create realistic, premium product/lifestyle visuals.
• Strong understanding of social media design and paid ads creative.
• Ability to design fast without losing quality.
• Good eye for luxury, lifestyle, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or consumer product brands.
• Ability to work remotely and communicate clearly.
• Nice to have:
• Experience with perfume, cosmetics, beauty, fashion, accessories, or DTC ecommerce brands.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Experience creating UGC-style ad layouts.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization and ad creative testing.
• Arabic/English design experience for GCC audiences.
• What we do not want:
• Basic template designers only.
• Designers who only know Canva.
• Designers who cannot create original visual direction.
• Designers who rely on generic perfume clichés.
• Designers who cannot work fast in a launch environment.
• Brand direction:
• YOME should feel modern, portable, stylish, clean, premium, and part of daily life.
• The visual direction should focus on everyday-carry moments, city moods, bags, desks, cars, gym kits, travel, gifting, and lifestyle use cases.
• The brand should avoid generic perfume visuals such as heavy gold luxury styling, smoke, flowers, old-style fragrance advertising, and overused landmark clichés.
