Full-time, on-site developer role based in Business Bay, Dubai, supporting digital projects across Germany and the UAE.

Mobile app development and maintenance
- Take over technical development and maintenance of the Loopify app from the existing external developer.
- Maintain and improve the 365 CEO Moves business app, working with the CEO to implement ideas and feature requests.
- Troubleshoot bugs and crashes; improve loading times, performance, stability, and user experience.
- Manage updates, backend integrations, APIs, and deployments; review codebases and maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure applications remain secure, reliable, and scalable.
Shopify and e-commerce development
- Support the existing Shopify team member with development, troubleshooting, and technical backup.
- Customize Shopify themes, features, and integrations; improve website speed and functionality.
- Integrate third-party applications, APIs, and business systems for German and international brand e-commerce projects.
AI and business automation
- Work with the CFO on AI integrations and automation projects.
- Develop AI-powered tools and features using OpenAI, Claude, or other technologies.
- Build workflows with n8n, Make, or similar platforms and connect systems through APIs.
- Create internal tools and dashboards and use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development.
Qualifications
- Practical full-stack software or mobile app development experience and good frontend and backend knowledge.
- Mobile app development, maintenance, or optimization experience; knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or other relevant languages.
- Experience with Flutter, React Native, or comparable frameworks; good understanding of databases, APIs, and integrations.
- Ability to debug existing applications and improve performance; Shopify knowledge or ability to learn quickly.
- Interest or experience in AI integrations and business automation; familiarity with Git, version control, and deployment workflows.
- Good English communication, independent problem-solving, and a proactive attitude. Proven technical ability and project experience are valued over formal degrees or job titles.
