Job Summary

• The Fulfillment Specialist combines regional execution ownership (approx. 80%) with customer-facing coordination responsibilities (approx. 20%) across the end-to-end order fulfillment lifecycle.
• In the primary capacity as Fulfillment Specialist, the role is responsible for end-to-end monitoring, coordination, and prioritization of all regional order fulfillment gates, starting after customer order entry through to delivery.
• The role maintains full visibility over all open customer orders in the region and owns operational prioritization as well as execution performance and delivery outcomes.
• In its complementary function as Customer Delivery Manager, the role acts as a secondary customer-facing coordination interface for assigned accounts or projects, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and regional execution. The role consolidates order status, milestones, and risks and translates customer priorities into structured escalation input for regional execution. **Key Responsibilities:*** End-to-end operational responsibility for regional customer orders after order entry - Monitoring and coordination of the internal gates in the overall order fulfillment process
• Coordination of regional sourcing, purchasing, logistics, quality and warehouse activities including identification and escalation of delivery risks, delays and bottlenecks
• Responsible for setting priorities in the different gates of the regional order fulfillment process as well as requesting corrective measures if necessary to ensure on-time customer delivery dates
• Coordination of orders with cross-location order Fulfillment units
• Monitoring and maintenance of order-relevant dates and data in ERP systems (SAP, EPICOR)
• Ownership of customer On-Time Delivery (together with gate-responsible functions)
• Close coordination and collaboration with Customer Team and/or Delivery Leaders to ensure complete, accurate and descriptive delivery status information including expected delivery dates
• Coordination and follow-up of the tasks defined in MRB/ DMR meeting
• Internal interface and contact for delivery, shipping and invoicing readiness topics and questions
• Responsible for providing order status information to internal Stakeholders
• Forecasting and monitoring of Turnover including escalation management
• Primary operational interface to the customer for non‑commercial topics for assigned accounts, projects, or strategic customers, acting in a project‑management‑oriented delivery management role in collaboration and facilitation with the Customer Account Manager
• Clarification, and alignment of customer delivery requirements, priorities, and changes during order execution to ensure alignment between customer expectations and supply chain execution
• Customer‑ or project‑based monitoring of Customer Orders and PO lines, executed within one or across multiple regions, including consolidation of order status, milestones, and risk information
• Customer communication regarding delivery updates, including preparation and communication of customer status reports, delay notifications, and alignment of internal recovery actions
• Coordination with Regional Fulfillment Specialists to align customer priorities and expectations
• Support customer communication related to configuration changes after internal validation
• Ensuring consistent and accurate customer‑facing status information and Project‑like coordination of complex or critical customer orders when assigned.
• Depending on the operational needs of the business, additional responsibilities may be included in this role, or an employee may be assigned responsibility for multiple roles
• **Qualifications and Experience:*** + Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
• + 3–5 years of experience in Order Fulfilment, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Operations, Planning or Project Management
• + Solid understanding of end-to-end order fulfilment and order-to-cash processes including Experience in monitoring and coordinating of internal process gates within order fulfilment
• + Strong accountability with owning outcomes and focus on delivery best experience to customers
• + Ability to coordinate orders across multiple locations and sourcing units
• + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillset
• + Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels.
• + Proven ownership of customer On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance with skills to manage and prioritize orders through different fulfilment gates and ensure customer delivery dates
• + Ability to analyse delivery risks and initiate corrective actions when required
• + Ability to calculate and maintain turnover / revenue forecasts
• + Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Epicor) and Excel-based planning and reporting tool
