Fulfillment Specialist

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescriptions to customers.
• Track inbound and outbound items using radio frequency scanning.
• Verify orders and enter them into the inventory management system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, orderly, and debris-free fulfillment center.
• Maintain management-defined quality standards.

Basic Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain applicable State Board of Pharmacy registration if required by state law.
• Be fluent in reading and speaking English.
• Work a flexible shift.
• Stand for at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Perform pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least two years of retail, centralized services, or fulfillment center experience.
• At least six months of experience operating motorized material handling equipment.
• At least six months of experience with radio frequency scanning.
• At least six months of experience entering and retrieving data in an inventory management system.

Work Environment

• The role is based in a pharmacy micro-fulfillment center and includes standing, lifting, and material-handling activities.
