Description
We are hiring an Outbound Lead to help oversee daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on supporting the team, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Schedule
Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Must be flexible and available for occasional weekends
Weekend work required during peak seasons (holidays, Black Friday, etc.)
Requirements
- Responsibilities
- Lead and support warehouse team members on the floor
- Train new hires and help improve team performance
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
- Adjust workflow based on volume and priorities
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety guidelines
- Help manage incoming and outgoing shipments
- Qualifications
- 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience
- Leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse systems (WMS) is a plus
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods (8–12 hours)
- Lift up to 40 lbs regularly; team lift heavier items as needed
- Comfortable with bending, reaching, climbing, and working in a warehouse environment
- Able to work in varying temperatures and conditions
