FT Shipping Associate

To remain agile, team members will be cross-trained and expected to contribute outside their areas of expertise. All team members begin their training in Small Pack and remain until a satisfactory knowledge of our products is acquired. We have a wide range of products tied to our US Cargo Control , Fasteners Plus , and Ecofoil brands.

All team members must adhere to the safety protocols and warehouse procedures at all times.

Receiving & Inventory Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and organization. Performing quality checks as needed on incoming products and check-in accurately to ensure product is available to ship. Down stock and replenish bins proactively using FIFO. Performing cycle counts to ensure inventory is always accurate, eliminating or reducing lost and damaged inventory.

LTL Following our standard operating procedures for picking, packing, and shipping all orders, including small parcel and LTL. Responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment. Load items for shipment to 3rd party distribution.

Ability to learn/operate powered industrial equipment, such as stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.
