Overview

• Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring a smooth flow from produce arrival to customer purchase while maintaining freshness and minimizing wastage.
• Manage inventory efficiently, including stock receiving, stock rotation, quality checks, and spoilage control.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation of fruits and vegetables at all times.
• Develop attractive merchandising and display strategies to highlight seasonal products and increase sales.
• Manage pricing of fruits and vegetables based on market trends and stock movement.
• Operate and supervise POS billing activities and support cashier operations.
• Maintain inventory records, daily sales reports, stock reports, and cash reconciliation.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper arrangement of products throughout the shop.
• Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing, receiving deliveries, and stock replenishment.
• Lead, train, and supervise staff in customer service, product handling, and daily operational procedures.
• Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service standards.
