Frontend Developer-Adobe Experience Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, high-performing web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Implement styling from UI/UX designs and ensure consistent branding across digital properties.
• Author, edit, and manage content in Adobe Experience Manager.
• Collaborate with designers, content authors, stakeholders, and backend developers.
• Troubleshoot AEM frontend rendering and styling issues.
• Optimize pages for performance, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Support content publishing workflows and content quality across environments.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, and responsive web development skills.
• Hands-on experience with AEM content authoring, templates, and page management.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience using Git and working in Agile development environments.

Preferred qualifications

• AEM component development or customization using HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and Core Components.
• Familiarity with Editable Templates, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.
• Knowledge of Java, Maven, or OSGi.
• Experience integrating AEM with third-party APIs or headless CMS solutions.
• Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud products or another CMS such as WordPress.
