Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the Club
  • Answer, screen and taking booking appointments via telephone and WhatsApp, website, emails.
  • Ensure club reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary arrangement on daily routine work.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mails and calls.
  • Maintain club security by following safety procedures and controlling and monitor on regular basis.
  • Order Cafe counter supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars and schedule tournaments and follow-up social media with the concerned advertising company.
  • Arrange log books of visitors and daily sales.
  • Keep updated records of club expenses and costs daily, weekly and monthly basis and end of month report to the accounts department.
  • Perform other front office duties on regular basis and advising the club manager on the new improvements.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. coffee machine, cold drinks, etc)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • **Minimum qualification matriculation or pre university or bachelor degree will be an extra advantage.**
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (basic) will be an extra advantage.
  • **Preferable - Philippines, Moroccan, Lebanese, Romanian, Moldovan**
