Role overview

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and maintain a professional, welcoming front desk environment.
• Answer and direct phone calls and handle inquiries.
• Schedule appointments or meetings and coordinate visitor and client arrangements with internal teams.
• Maintain front office records and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Support basic administrative tasks and uphold customer service and communication standards.

Qualifications

• Strong reception and front office skills, including managing a reception desk and handling walk-in visitors.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to use basic office software and phone systems.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
• Reliability working in both on-site and remote arrangements.

Preferred experience and training

• Travel or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Previous front office, reception, or customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Vocational training or a diploma in administration, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
