Role overview

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, manage inquiries, and coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Supervise customer service activities, resolve escalated issues, monitor service quality, and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Maintain records, coordinate schedules, organize supplies, and support internal communication across teams.
• Update operational procedures, collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, and communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong front office and customer service skills, including customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in office administration, organizational tasks, and basic operations coordination.
• Effective communication with customers, visitors, and internal teams.
• Experience supervising customer-facing or front office teams; experience in consumer goods, retail, hospitality, or related sectors is preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Working knowledge of common office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling tools.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is beneficial.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages commonly used in the UAE are an advantage.
