Front Office Manager

You will be:

· Leading and overseeing the Front Office operation, creating a welcoming, professional and positive environment for guests and team members.

· Responding to and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.

· Reviewing guest feedback and performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for continuous service improvement.

· Recognising and celebrating team member achievements and ensuring recognition is acknowledged.

· Managing team performance and conducting performance reviews and appraisals.

· Reviewing staffing levels and schedules to ensure appropriate coverage whilst balancing operational requirements with the delivery of excellent guest service.

· Working collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure effective communication and delivery of an exceptional guest experience.

· Ensuring the Front Office team consistently represent the hotel’s values, standards and commitment to outstanding guest service.

We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional with experience in Front Office leadership within a hotel environment. You will have a strong understanding of Front Office operations and have a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest experience. You will enjoy motivating, coaching and developing teams while creating a positive working environment. We are also looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement whilst focusing on guest experience.
