- Welcome guests warmly and create positive first impressions.
- Support check-in and check-out procedures and help ensure a smooth guest journey.
- Assist with guest inquiries, recommendations, and requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to support seamless service.
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservations and complete administrative work.
- Learn to handle guest concerns professionally and help turn problems into positive experiences.
- Represent Mama Shelter’s brand personality and help create memorable guest experiences.
- Learn from experienced hospitality professionals.
