Job Title: Front Office & Guest Service Staff (Hajj Season – Makkah)
Job Type: Temporary (Hajj Contract)
Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and customer-focused Front Office & Service staff to provide exceptional hospitality services during the Hajj season. Candidates will ensure smooth guest handling, luggage assistance, and transport coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a professional manner
- Handle luggage efficiently (Bell Attendant / Captain roles)
- Operate golf carts safely for guest transportation
- Coordinate with front office team for guest arrivals/departures
- Maintain high standards of customer service
Requirements:
- Valid Iqama & Hajj Permit
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel services
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure during peak season
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Contract
Work Location: In person
