We are looking for a professional and organized Front Office Coordinator to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.
The candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling calls and correspondence, coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and emails
- Maintain office records, files, and documents
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office schedules
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments
- Monitor office supplies and arrange replenishment when required
- Handle employee inquiries and support general office coordination
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official documents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Administration or related field
- Proven experience in front office, receptionist, or administrative roles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
