ETHOS COFFEE seeks energetic, customer-focused team members who are passionate about hospitality and guest experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in a café, specialty coffee shop, or restaurant.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills; able to recommend menu items and upsell products.
- Experience using POS systems; professional, well-groomed appearance and attitude.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively as a team player.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Explain the menu, recommend food, pastries, and beverages, and upsell menu items and promotions.
- Process orders accurately through the POS system and handle cash and card payments.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and barista team.
- Maintain dining area and cashier station cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and support daily opening and closing duties.
