We are currently seeking an experienced and innovative Front-End Development Manager to join our international team in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the front-end development team to deliver high-quality web applications
- Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and development best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Oversee project planning, task allocation, and team performance
- Ensure application performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and support professional growth
- Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in frontend development and team leadership
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Extensive experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Knowledge of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and responsive design principles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
