Must have

  • 3+ years of front-end development experience
  • Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and Next.js
  • Strong experience building responsive pages from Figma or reference designs
  • Shopify theme customisation and reusable components
  • Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and custom conversion events
  • Server-side tracking, postbacks, UTMs, click IDs and affiliate tracking
  • RedTrack, Voluum, Everflow or a similar tracking platform
  • Setting up and managing A/B and split tests, with a strong understanding of conversion attribution and tracking QA
  • A track record of troubleshooting pixel, postback and tracking issues

Preferred

Shopify and CheckoutChamp experience

Direct-response, affiliate or performance-marketing experience

Working conditions

Work 6 days/week

Work 10 hours/day

Work EST 8 AM – 6 PM

Read 2 books/month

Fluent English (C1)

Well-versed in Slack, Zoom, Sheets, Google Forms and G-Suite

Computer with 16GB+ RAM

High-speed internet with a backup (router / 5G)
