What You'll Do
We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Riyadh.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming experience for guests and visitors while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the property.
Responsibilities
- Carry out routine check-in and check-out inspections to ensure units are guest-ready and meet quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain operational supplies.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Follow up on maintenance requests and repair activities to support uninterrupted guest experiences.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and performance updates.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all property-related documentation is properly organized and compliant.
- Address guest inquiries and requests in a timely, professional, and service-focused manner.
- Coordinate additional guest services and liaise with relevant vendors when required.
- Support the sourcing and management of external service providers and contractors.
- Handle confidential information and operational data with a high level of discretion.
- Welcome guests, visitors, partners, and clients while maintaining a professional first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, route inquiries appropriately, and take messages when necessary.
- Receive and organize incoming mail, deliveries, and packages.
- Ensure the reception and common areas remain clean, organized, and presentable.
- Provide administrative support and assist with other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience in front desk operations, guest services, or hospitality environments.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in property management systems and standard office applications.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt within a dynamic environment.
