📢 We’re Hiring: Receptionist / General Manager Personal Assistant

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and knows how to make a powerful first impression?

We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in a dual role combining Front Desk responsibilities and direct support to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner

✅ Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries

✅ Manage front desk operations and appointments

✅ Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area

✅ Provide administrative support

✅ Maintain office organization and confidentiality

Requirements

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Presentable, proactive, and detail-oriented

✅ Must be fluent in English and Arabic

✅ Professional appearance and attitude

✅ Computer skills (MS Office, email)

✅ Previous experience in Real Estate Receptionist / General Manager P.

A is an advantage.

✅ Strong organizational and time-management abilities
