Job Summary
FitForce Gym is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our members and visitors.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, member follow-ups, social media engagement, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Working Hours
- 10-hour shifts
- Rotational Morning and Evening Shifts
- Weekly off as per company policy
Front Desk Operations
- Welcome members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle inquiries regarding gym memberships, services, and promotions.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly.
- Assist with membership registrations and renewals.
Customer Follow-Up
- Follow up with prospective members and existing clients regarding memberships, renewals, and promotions.
- Maintain regular communication with members to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate concerns when necessary.
Social Media Management
- Assist in managing the gym’s social media platforms.
- Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries on social media.
- Upload and share approved content, promotions, and announcements.
- Support marketing campaigns and member engagement activities.
Data Entry & Administration
- Record and maintain daily customer and visitor details accurately.
- Update membership records and attendance data.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain filing systems.
- Ensure all customer information is entered and updated in the gym management system.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or gym administration is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible morning and evening shifts.
