Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and client follow-ups
  • Maintain client records and ensure accurate data entry in the system
  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and internal teams for smooth daily operations
  • Process billing, payments, and invoice generation
  • Handle walk-in inquiries and guide clients regarding services and treatments
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure a premium clinic experience
  • Support customer service initiatives and help resolve client concerns professionally
  • Assist in administrative and operational tasks as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or customer service representative (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic clinics)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Familiarity with appointment booking systems/CRM software is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of billing and payment handling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
