About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and client follow-ups
- Maintain client records and ensure accurate data entry in the system
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and internal teams for smooth daily operations
- Process billing, payments, and invoice generation
- Handle walk-in inquiries and guide clients regarding services and treatments
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure a premium clinic experience
- Support customer service initiatives and help resolve client concerns professionally
- Assist in administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or customer service representative (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic clinics)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Familiarity with appointment booking systems/CRM software is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of billing and payment handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
