Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients professionally at the front desk
• Manage phone calls, appointments, inquiries, and patient follow-ups
• Contact inquiry patients and convert leads into bookings
• Handle daily reception and administrative tasks efficiently
• Create, post, promote, and manage clinic social media content
• Do **live sessions on TikTok and Facebook** for clinic promotion
• Communicate effectively with patients through phone calls and WhatsApp Business
• Maintain a positive and customer-focused patient experience

Requirements

• **Previous experience in a dental or aesthetic clinic is mandatory. (Minimum 2 years)**
• Strong English communication skills
• **Tagalog-**speaking candidates are highly preferred
• Presentable, polite, and customer-service oriented personality
• Good knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and WhatsApp Business
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of dental appointments, insurance processing, and patient coordination.
• Familiarity with DHA regulations and dental practice management software is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
