Aspetar Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated, professional, and bilingual Female Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a dental or medical clinic environment, possess excellent communication skills in Arabic, and demonstrate a warm, patient-centered approach to service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome patients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments using clinic management software.
- Manage patient registration, update medical records, and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries in Arabic and English in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with dentists, dental assistants, and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Handle patient billing, insurance verification, and payment collection procedures.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and estimated costs to patients in a clear and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle patient complaints or concerns promptly and escalate to management when appropriate.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with clinic privacy policies and healthcare regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and supply ordering.
- Adhere to all clinic protocols, health and safety standards, and professional conduct guidelines.
